Most tournament organizers are handed a sponsor list and are told to figure out the rest. This guide tells you what to order, what material to order it on, how many you need, and when to have it done.

Built from the tournaments we've printed for since 1946, not generic advice.
Every sign we recommend, split into arrival & registration, on the course, and lunch & awards, each with its purpose, quantity and material.
Not every sign needs the same material. Where coroplast, vinyl banner, foamboard and ACM each win, and which one to pick when you need volume without blowing the budget.
What to do 6–8 weeks out, 4–6 weeks out, and in the final business days before delivery, so you're not chasing logo files the week of the tournament.
Tournament planning, signage, sponsor info, artwork, production and tournament week, laid out so you can tick items off and hand it to a volunteer.
“Premium sponsorship locations often generate higher revenue because they receive repeated visibility throughout the event. Adding just a few premium options can significantly increase fundraising while also providing more value to your sponsors.”

The things organizers ask us most.
That's exactly what we're here for. You don't have to know every sign you need before contacting us. Tell us about your tournament: when it's happening, where it's being held, and what you're trying to accomplish. From there we can help you think through the signage, materials, quantities, artwork and timing, so you can focus on running the tournament.
We recommend starting the signage process 2–4 weeks before your tournament, especially if you have multiple signs and sponsor logos. Starting early gives you time to gather artwork, make changes, approve proofs and avoid rush fees. The full planning timeline in the guide works back from 6–8 weeks out if you want to get ahead of it.
Typically your tournament date, the delivery location for your signs, the types and quantities you need, and any logos or artwork you want included. If you're not sure what signs you need, we can help you build a signage plan. Just give us the tournament details, course layout and sponsor information.
That's okay. Our in-house design team can help prepare your signage. We suggest starting with templates as you build your sponsor list. Our designers can start on your sign templates weeks before your tournament, so adding names and logos later is quick.
We can work with late-arriving artwork. Our recommended timeline is built to allow for last-minute sponsors. You can also add signs after you've placed your order; the suggested timeline in the guide accounts for that too.
We can do rush projects. Your account manager will tell you whether your timeline is doable. It comes down to printer availability. One thing to plan around: if you're running a weekend tournament, don't wait until Friday to check your signs. Our production team may not be available on weekends, so have everything reviewed, approved and printed before the weekend starts.
It depends on the application. Outdoor course signage needs a different material than indoor registration or sponsor signs. We'll recommend based on where the sign will be used, how long it needs to last and how it's displayed. The guide breaks down coroplast, vinyl banner, foamboard and ACM aluminium, and where each one wins.
Yes to both. We can deliver signs directly to the golf course. We just need the delivery location, a contact and any special instructions the course requires. We can also provide easels and sign stands, and we ship nationwide, including to multiple locations for the same tournament.
Yes. We keep print files accessible, so if your template stays the same we can update last year's signage rather than starting from scratch.
